This was my 2nd visit to The Linden Ctr. My 1st visit & this 2nd visit have been very Good. I'm greatly impressed that the facility is very clean. The staff are friendly & helpful. The Regulations of Covid 19 are practiced. My brother is a resident at Linden & I'm at ease to know, he is in a health care environment that does promotes such cleanliness. My brother's SW & The Nursing Staff do keep in contact with me in reference to his care every 2-3 months or whenever needed. Thus far, I am very pleased with this facility & the care my brother receives at The Linden Ctr.

REPORT THEM TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH! I buy my brother clothes, sandals, socks and underwear and when we go visit him, he has no clothes, no shoes or anything….they give him a diaper because they lose his stuff. They never know where his stuff is and he never has water. He has never been given water and I have to ask when I go visit each week. They give him ONE cup of water. The nurses and staff sit around talking and on their phones and don’t pay the patients any mind. Once I saw a fight between two nurses in the hallway. This place is horrible if they end up bringing your loved ones with dementia upstairs. Do your research and visit the upstairs first before accepting to place your loved ones here. I never had a choice since the hospital transferred him here without asking. Has been one crazy experience after another but I wish they cared about the elderly like they cared about their own parents and loved ones.

I used this place after my hip surgery. They had me up and around in three weeks. The harder you work the faster you heal. The day crew treat you well and know what they're doing. You have to wait awhile for someone at night. The place is pretty clean and the food is home made. You could do worst.

This place is horrible, if you have love ones here please try to get them somewhere else. My brother was there for 2 months, he went into the hospital for a coule of days and came back to find none of his belongings, it took them 1 week to finally start bringing what was returned to him, he just passed away in there and NO ONE can give me a straight answer. The Doctor that I talk to was VERY disrespectful and so was the Supervisor for nursing. I pray for everyone that is still there
