Hello Silvercrest is a good place but they have there issues short staff is a problem but the workers are so personal with the patients the breakfast can be better and they should realize the workers that do there job and more should be known well I give it 4 stars I'm happy and the improvement well make this a 5 star 🌟 nursing home for all ages bye for now have a blessed day

I was very disappointed in this place. The place is not clean, the bed curtains are soiled, the rolling trays are not wiped down. They left my husband's walker and medical records behind after discharge and expected me to travel far to get his things after I paid for transportation. Many but not all workers are rude, indifferent, and callous.

*** CURRENT COVID OUTBREAK HERE*** THEY ARE NOT TELLING THE RESIDENTS This place will not tell the residents about Covid outbreaks while you're in the facility. I was a resident here and I found out since 3/31/22, 2 staff members have Covid. And as recent of 4/7 now 3 staff members have Covid. This is why I left. They DO NOT tell the residents this nor that their floor is on observation. I looked on their website for something else and happened to see the announcement there. They will keep this from your loved ones when you should know about it Horrible place the worst treatment there.

Good afternoon, yes we do! We provide services to improve function and promote self-management. Our pulmonary rehabilitation program is based on a model comprising of 24/7 on-site respiratory therapists. Our respiratory therapists evaluate all ventilator-dependent patients to see if they meet criteria for our evidence-based weaning protocol. Our interdisciplinary team also has high success rates providing ventilator patients with speaking valves and the ability to eat pleasurably. On the outpatient side, pulmonary patients receive ongoing rehabilitation within the context of quality respiratory care.
