The little old lady who works there is the sweetest person ever. She goes above and beyond when you drop off your clothes to be washed. Kudos to her.

Beware using their drop-off services. My girlfriend and I have been using their drop-off without any issues ever since we moved to the area, and service was always friendly and great. Well this most recent time we used their service, they returned our clothes to us with every single one of my girlfriend's expensive pieces of clothing missing. Every other "cheaper" piece of clothing left in-tact. Upon allegedly checking their cameras back, they tried to tell us that they gave us everything back. Unless there was a giant hole in their bag that magically only dropped the higher quality items out of it without me noticing, they are blatantly lying to their loyal customers to cover up their own expensive mistake. Very shady business practices, be highly wary of their drop-off workers.

Great service just alot of dryers weren't available because of needed repair. Hopefully they will have repaired them by the next visit! Clean store! Great customer service!

Yeah, I wanted to like this because it is a convenient location. Just too many bad experiences. Lots of dryers that don’t work and they have random night hours and often will close early, so I don’t always get my wash in when I need it.
