Manager Mark Kuiper deserves recognition as does the staff. We ran into a few problems during our stay. A resolution was made and Mark made sure that we were comfortable. How encouraging to see a manager pitch in with the staff to make positive change. Very pleased with our stay.

Nice location. Rooms were awesome and very clean. Staff was super friendly. Only 1 minute from the expo center. So close you could walk it.

Stayed here while attending the mats truck show. Staff was wonderful.room was clean and very nice. Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower was fine and full size shampoo and conditioner and shower gel is provided. Towels were big thick and clean. Breakfast is real good. Lots of choices and coffee good and strong. Really enjoyed my stay here would recommend it to anyone and will stay with this brand again.

The room was extremely spacious and very well cleaned. The front desk staff were really accommodating and allowed us to check out late because of a late flight! We fly into Louisville two times a year, so this will definitely be the hotel we stay at in the future

As Andres mentioned below, 3pm is our regular checkin time. However, if we are not fully reserved the night before, we do try to check guests in earlier if possible.
