Wonderful trip. There was some unruly people who had a big group of non guests making the pool area crazy, but management stepped in and removed them. Staff was friendly, rooms clean, and nighttime quiet.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. The hotel was centrally located to everything that we needed. There is plenty of shopping and dining very close. Some even walking distance. The hotel was immaculate. The staff was amicable and willing to help with any request needed. The room was great. Clean and nice sized. The hotel is located in a perfect area, and it's great for anyone looking for a weekend getaway or an extended stay. I just wish they had more parking available near the entrance. Some nights all the spots in the front were taken. Not a big deal!

Positive: Great location, very clean hotel, well trained staff, good facilities, would recommend to anyone if not for problem below. Negative: The sound insulation in our room was nearly non-existent. My wife and I stayed with our son in a two-bed room and we could hear conversations the other rooms as if they were almost in our room.

We drove from New Jersey and when we arrived we found that they DO NOT clean the snow away from walkways and parking spots. We slipped and almost fell every time we entered the lobby. They don’t have a normal breakfast because of Covid which is understandable but the coffee was not available at 6 am (I am an early riser) and when I finally got coffee at 7:30 the decaf coffee was cold?? The breakfast is supposed to be available in to go bags…. As of 7:45 no one is in the lobby and all lights are off? If they were outside shoveling I would understand but the parking lots and all walkways are still icy and snow covered. Terrible place and would NEVER come back. We are members of Wyndham rewards and never experienced anything like this that is why we picked this hotel! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
