Our service Technician Jacob Lewis showed up on time. He is very polite, professional, courteous, and informative. Jacob kept us in-the-loop during this preventative maintenance call and answered all of our questions. Our previous maintenance company did not show up for the last TWO scheduled service appointments, and did not even call, text, or email us. Certified Heating & Cooling (both the office and Jacob Lewis) kept us very well informed. 5 STARS !!

Hi, Shirley. We apologize for the delay in responding! I wanted to make sure that you and other customers like you had the information you needed in the future! To help with the humidity in your home, here are a couple of steps: 1. Make sure that your AC is maintained regularly. We like to see twice a year, in the spring and autumn. But at the very least, once a year. 2. Change your filters every 90 days. 2. Make sure your fan is in the "Auto" position, rather than "On". 3. Average humidity range for a standard system in SWFL is 50-58%, if it's above that, give us a shout to come take a look. It may be that something is going on with your system(s). I hope that this information is helpful! We are always here to help! Give Certified Heating and Cooling a call for all of your HVAC and electrical needs at 239.482.5000
