Very disappointed! I was sold something for one purpose and it didn’t actually work the way the sales girl said it would. I went back with the original packaging and receipt and I was told they can’t return it because of “COVID”. First of all that’s a lame excuse at this point to have poor customer service. Second of all your sales person sold me the wrong item. That means if you have good customer service you return my $9 and eat the cost of the item. You don’t have to resell the item. I can’t use it, you can’t use it so just throw it away. It’s sitting on your counter right now anyway so looks like you all just got “COVID”! I’m extremely disappointed that what looks to be such a nice store, treats customers terribly! It was like being in Walmart… except at least at Walmart they would have returned my money! Not only did the owner here not return my money she AGAIN kept trying to sell me a product that I didn’t need! This store smells a lot like GREED!
