Things started out great, had a salesman come out right away and give me a quote. Took about 8 to 10 weeks to get my awnings. They were beautiful. However a mild windstorm tore one apart. I’ve been struggling to get service on one broken arm for several weeks. I even offered to just purchase an arm and repair it myself. But I can’t get a response. With all the awning companies out there, look for service.

The salesman, Dave Raftery, was very accessible, informative and returned all calls and texts. Installers were on time, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. All communication with the company, including Stacy in the office, was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or neighbor.
