Meh. Service was lacking from the moment we walked in. We had a resv for the porch and when they tried to seat us inside, they were unhappy that we insisted on the porch. Server was not rude but definitely lacking. Food was equally “meh”. I ordered med rare salmon and it was medium. Not impressed, esp for the price.

This was a very sad and frustrating experience. We went to La Ferme to celebrate a special day. We arrived early evening and there were only ourselves and another couple in the restaurant. Our server pretty much ignored us. He never welcomed us, asked us how we were doing, or made eye contact the entire time. More customers arrived and our server was friendly and attentive to the regulars but seemed to ignore any new patrons. After we finished our meal, it took 30 minutes for our server to return and ask if there would be anything else. To give you an idea of the slow service we had drinks, appetizers, and salads for our main course and it took an hour and forty-five minutes before we could leave. The food on the menu had interesting ingredients and the dishes were presented nicely but the result was bland. We sat on the very open porch which felt very COVID safe (airy and open) but the nearby road traffic noise had a tendency to halt conversation and detract from the supposed romantic setting. All in all if you’re looking for a good meal with a romantic setting, I’d say you’d be better off choosing a sandwich place near a nice park.
