Attorney Montes is, simply, the best! She's smart, dedicated, caring and has a tremendous amount of fighting spirit!! She's one of the good guys/gals. Amy took on my now fiance' s divorce and child custody case after he had dug himself into a hole due to an incompetent attorney. Amy was an answered prayer! She took on his case, was able to effectively deal with his (now) ex and her experience got him custody of his daughter. She doesn't know how to quit and is able to think on her feet, plus effectively deal with (crazy) opposing counsel. When I first met Amy, I was not sure she was able to help. But after all her hard work and persistence in getting all of my divorce proceedings and filings (including restraining orders) out of the way, I was so impressed by her and her knowlege of divorce laws. Amy is honest, compassionate, sincere, and very caring and loving too. She is always reachable by phone too and easy to get a hold of. I don't know what I would have gotten from my divorce settlement had she not been my attorney, and Amy really impressed me with all that she did for me.
