I have been with Step1Credit for a couple of months now and it has been such a great investment I highly recommend this program for anyone who needs any sort of help with their credit. My score has gone from a low 449 all the way up to a 673 and they have successfully removed a total of 12 of my negative items on my credit reports which I did not even think was possible. They do nothing but write letters then tell you to monitor your account on line. Total waste of money. Then when you want to cancel they want to charge you 1 more month after to where I had to call my bank and put stop payment in account. The women for customer service is rude and ignorant. Dont waste your money. I wouldnt give them 1 star but had too.

Well just finished talking to rep from Credit1 and after reviewing my account, she said my FICA score has increased 140 points since starting service with Step1. Awesome!
