Arrived in “quick detail” lane at 6:30pm for two services, seat cleaning and quick hand wax. The promised time for the two services was 30 minutes. They were not completed until 8:20pm, nearly 2 hours later. The seat cleaning was good, the waxing was subpar as several spots were ignored like the entire top of my compact SUV. I understand the issues of understaffing but management should be willing to compensate customers for such a huge inconvenience in terms of wait time. I asked for a free wash but nothing was offered but an apology.

This car wash was great in the beginning of my membership but for the last 6 months I noticed I wasn't getting the wash my membership was paying for. There are risks with any carwash. But the unsympathetic nature way they handled the aftermath is why they are getting 1 star. I paid the $125 full 60 detail. And they didn't even offer to refund that. Basically push a form in my face and told me they will call. Totally unprofessional. Update for Owner: You have my incident report and I am still waiting for a response.I was told 72hrs which would be 4PM today (10/25)
