This is the second time I've had to call Bob's for two totally different issues. Both times, they worked hard, were efficient and solved my problem quickly. I apologize that I don't remember the first employees name from back in April but he was very kind and pleasant. He knew exactly what i needed for a shower dripping and replaced the gaskets. Then tested it to be sure it was fixed. Because of this, I felt comfortable calling again with this new issue. Allen was here on Tuesday. He was very polite and respectful. He went above and beyond to dig up my tank and recommended a septic company to finish the job. There is a high level of trust here with this company and I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a plumber.
