Avoid this Busniess at all costs! They can’t even perform preventative maintenance without screwing up the unit. Or, maybe that’s their general practice... break something that was working fine and charge you again to fix it. After our horrible experience I contacted the County and was told that this owner used to operate under a different name- but changed it after so many complaints. Don’t throw your money away. Hire a reputable business.

I too would give a negative number if available. They told us we needed a UV light and it has done nothing. Had to have another company come out a clean our unit again. This new company said we didn't need a UV light that it was dirt not mold and UV is for mold not dirt. Boy did we get taken!! Scam artist this company is.

If I could put negative numbers here I would. Sold and installed a 3 ton unit removed a 4 ton, caused over 40k worth of damage to home and property. Completely incompetent and crooked. Owner Mike Powell, is as crooked as they come. Unit failed inspection and had to sue company. Hired a new company to install the correct sized unit properly.

I have had Back to New Heating & Cooling come to my home here in the Villages on several occasions over the past several years for a variety of events including periodic maintenance and trouble shooting when things where not working they way they should. On each occasion I have been 110% pleased with the quality of work and care demonstrated with my system. Especially noted is Rob who has presented himself on each occasion and has reinforced my view of the work and quality of service. He is courteous, thorough and knowledgeable about my system. I have never been disappointed with the quality of his work and appreciate him and the service he provides. Would I use the service again----YES; would I want Rob to do the service--YES, YES. Keep up the good work!!
