My experience was I am a CNA and very caring to the residents and staff. I was treated like trash by the DON and scheduler. They showed favoritism and they didn’t care their staff. Worst place to work for.

My Mom was here about 5 weeks ago and it was amazing. She recently had a hospital stay and we chose Lutheran care again for rehab, due to our past experience. Big mistake, I don't know what happened over the last month. It went from 5 stars to 2. The 2 stars given, are for a few amazing aids. Very disappointing to say the least.

My family and I can not say enough about this rehab facility. My Dad was here for 21 days and was treated with compassion, respect and dignity by his nurses Cassandra, Lisa and a few more whose names escape me (please forgive me, you know who you are). His OT Darby Arce is a living angel and his PT Sue Chodkowski is a true gem. These ladies are absolutely the best at their respective professions. We are forever grateful for the high quality of care my Dad received. We appreciate them more than we can express. Family of Frank A.
