A B bus driver dropped off my sick husband at a stop and told him, "That's your destination". It was far from where he asked the driver to leave him. I had to send a Lyft taxi to get him.

I really don't like going there because there's always people drinking and smoking there in the sitting area and there's no place to sit. Plus it's always dirty

Currently there is no charge from my experience. I'm told, payments for rides will start around August 3rd. Did not see ticket sales by bus shelters at the Hub.
