The best children's book selection, beautiful park right next to the building. Ray Bradbury used to give public readings here. Very peaceful place.

I've been coming here for the past weeks as my primary work/study place. The library is spacious, has a couple vending machines for basic drinks and snacks, plenty of seatings and electrical outlets to work privately. The staffs are really friendly too! It also has a high ceiling which makes working over long hours quite relaxing. There are some homeless people hanging about, but they won't bother you at all so no need to worry about them. One of the best public study spaces, if not the best in the area for sure! Highly recommended!

I'm not entirely sure, but I think only service animals are allowed.
I'm not sure, since I've always gone just for books and not to study, but I think I've seen some study areas where it's basically several tables and each table is sectioned off (with low walls) into four/six sections. However, I'm not sure whether they have power outlets or not.
