This was one of the best AT&T store visits I have ever had. Kaylin greeted me right away and answered all of my (many) questions. She was knowledgeable about all device and plan options. It was a quick and professional experience. The store was clean and well stocked. The brief encounters I had with a few other team members were pleasant also. Highly recommend this location!

Thank God Luz was here to help! She kindly greeted us immediately at the door, took our name to wait, was gentle and HONEST about it being over 1 hour and offered to call me when I was next in cue. However, I quickly mentioned that I bought a new phone to replace my son's broken one on our plan but it wasn't reading his old SIM. Instead of telling me to wait an hour and walking away, she quickly pulled out the SIM, shifted it around, restarted the phone, and it worked. Thanks Luz for taking just 2 mins with a friendly smile to help my family get reconnected.
