I came here as a last ditch option to check out something concerning, when I couldn’t get into any doctor’s office through my insurance, and I am SO glad I did. EVERYONE from the intake receptionist, to the wonderful woman who prepped me, and to the doctor I visited, was was kind, professional and made me feel heard and comforted in a way I have not experienced in a medical office in a very long time, maybe ever. I’m so grateful for the work your organization does and for the genuinely kind and caring individuals you’ve hired to help in that mission.

Everyone here is spectacular! Unbelievably nice, considerate, and helpful! They have beautiful warm smiles and answer every question until you are clear. I can't say enough about how great my experience was!

I really wish I had read the reviews before going here. By far the worst service at any planned parenthood I've ever visited. I ended up having to leave without seeing a doctor because after waiting an hour after my booked appointment I was expected to wait another 45 min to an hour to be seen. After leaving I realized they never gave me back my insurance card and drivers license so now I have to take even more time out of my day off to go back and get them. Do not book here. Not only will you be waiting for hours, you'll have to deal with the simple minded pro life idiots outside protesting abortions.

I do not recommend going here at all. I had an apt 2 weeks ago for an sti test & I just received the results, only to find out that my results could be inaccurate due to a mistake planned parenthood made. My apt was w a brand new nurse, she told me I was her first patient, I told her all the information she needed to know, everything completely truthful, but she neglected to tell me that I needed to wait 2 weeks before I took the test for it to be accurate. I had to pay $75 out of my own pocket for these tests that are now meaningless. Planned parenthood did not offer me my money back, nor did they offer to retest me for free. Their staff made a mistake & they're doing nothing to compensate for it. Completely unprofessional. Do not go here.
