Yes - all of our e-bikes, scooters, ScootCoupes, and golf carts are street legal.
All gas-powered vehicles include free gas refills and damage protection.
A ScootCoupe is a type of three-wheeled motorcycle. The ScootCoupes we offer at Fort Myers Beach Sun-N-Fun Sport Rentals are capable of going up to 35 mph and you don’t have to have a motorcycle license to drive one.
We offer two different types of scooters. Our 50 cc scooters are fun for casual cruising around town and have a speed of up to 35 mph. Our new Wolf scooters can go up to 60 mph and can be driven outside of our normal boundaries.
You must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
Our e-bikes are 26” and come with battery assist allowing you to go up to 20 mph.
You must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license to rent a scoot coupe. Or, if you’re under 18, you must have a parent or guardian sign to assume all liability.
The golf carts can be driven on Estero Island and San Carlos Island PLUS one mile off the south bridge to Lover’s Key State Park Main Entrance. San Carlos Island is over the north bridge up to the first stoplight. Our golf carts are all street legal and have automobile license tags. Florida law classifies them as a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) and they will go 25MPH max and should be driven only on roads 35MPH and less.
