I would like to say to all military families (or anyone who cares about fair prices) - do NOT come here. They advertise a 10% military discount, but I received only 10% off a fraction of my bill. Further, they are not accommodating to military schedules and will charge you to move your appointment if they don’t have advanced notice. I needed to move an appointment for my dogs to get vaccines, and could not reach them on Sunday since they were closed. My appointment was Monday and I called first thing in the morning and left multiple voicemails, however was ultimately informed I’d be charged $150 to move my appointment to the following day. I kept my appointment time with Hartwood and ended up taking an important call from my car just because they refused to work with me. Then after reading over my bill, noticed they charged me for prescriptions to be written up that I never even requested. When I spoke the the office manager, she insinuated that I already had the prescription in hand and could have uploaded it to chewy by now (which is not the case, as chewy doesn’t even accept prescriptions in this form). This not only was insulting, but a medical error on their part as the dog they wrote the prescription for didn’t even have blood work done by them and should NOT have received a prescription. Instead of simply offering to refund me for their errors, I was essentially accused of trying to “steal” a $10 prescription write-up. Further, it is ABSURD to even charge $10 to write a prescription in the first place. This establishment is essentially punishing their clients for finding cheaper medication online. Maybe they should consider lowering their prices or price matching for their clients rather than this highway robbery. Please be sure to check over your bill before you pay, as I did not have this luxury!

They do trim nails. I believe it's around $11.
They used to, but their rehabilitation doctor retired so they do not at this time.
Not aware of anywhere free, but take a look at the Vetco shot clinics at Petco - they are heavily discounted.
Dr Jewitt does look at snakes, and they have a reptile specialist that comes down once a month as I recall. Give them a ring to make sure that a Dr. is available for reptiles.
