They used to be a good vet but my experience today will have me taking my dogs elsewhere. My dog had eye surgery 2 days ago (an hour away)and the vet told me to take her to my local vet to get the pressure in her eye checked so I wouldn't have to drive an hour for a 20 second procedure. St Francis got me in but when the tech brought her out after checking her I was told their tonopen(eye pressure tool) wasn’t very accurate. I go to check out and they say it’ll be $58 for a 20 second procedure with a tool they aren’t sure works very well. Really? I understand things aren’t free but after spending thousands of dollars at this place they charge me for something that they can’t even say is accurate? Bad way to do business. Good luck if you decide to take your animal here.

Overpriced. Only for the wealthy dog owners. The vet there only prescribes the most expensive medications/antibiotics, even when there is a much less expensive alternative that has worked great in the past. She also performs expensive tests without informing you of the cost first. The rest of the staff was great though!

I met one of the Vet Techs at Kohls and she was friendly and invited me to bring my dog Zoey by for a check up. Since that time several years ago i have had 3 different pets there, all well taken care of, prices were reasonable, and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend St. Francis to anyone looking for Vet Service.

St. Francis Animal Hospital is fantastic!! My Peanut loves going. He loves seeing Dr. Jodi, DT, Sheila, Colleen and Deja! (at this visit) He loves the entire staff! They are all so friendly feels like family. Thank you so much to all of St. Francis Animal Hospital Staff for helping Peanut to feel better!!
