Inside booth rates start at 57.00 per weekend up to 80.00 per weekend depending on the size of the booths.  Outside booths, both under the shelter and in the open are 12.00 per day.   Tables are 13.00 per day.   ***Limited amount are available. New shelters are 20.00 per space or 35.00 per weekend (if paid for on Saturday)

There's no specific time you must be there that I'm aware of. You should be fine anywhere past 7 or so. It technically opens at 8, so you could take that into account.

If you look around at other flea markets or just hit the phone book/online you should be able to find someone. Most people who make gravestones make these all the time

No animals are allowed to be sold at the Milton flea market. but the best place to buy birds is petland hands down would not tell you wrong. However it's been a while since I bought a parrot from petland in Virginia sometimes things change in time but I would definitely check with petland.
