I'm a bit conflicted on how I feel about this place or not. First, a giant spider appeared on a trampoline, after seeking help the employee sprayed the spider and it ran under trampoline not to be found. So, 10 minutes into my 3 year old granddaughters first time to Get Air we deal with this. It ruined her hour because she was so concerned about spiders. Second, the balls were a bit of a disappointment, so few and lack of air in them. Why in the little kids area would a basketball hoop be really high up, puzzling? The little kids area is not much to speak of, honestly I was expecting more. For bigger kids I would think this is the ultimate place.

My daughter had a blast at Get Air today. Music was fun and upbeat. The place wasn't too crowded. We are looking forward to coming back!

DO NOT book a birthday party here!!!! My daughter rented room for granddaughters birthday and it was horrible service!!! First, we called several times during the week to inquire about what we could bring and confirming time. No one ever responded. When we finally reached someone on the phone to confirm party scheduled on Saturday they asked my daughter if she was sure it wasn’t on Sunday!? They emailed a confirmation for Saturday!!! We arrived 5:45pm (they asked we arrive at 6:15 for 6:30 party) we were allowed into room way after 6:30 and when we were the room had people in it from previous party and the floor was sticky and dirty! The pizza arrived(not very good) and was just handed to us with juice and soda. We never saw anyone else after that. Not a single staff member came back into the room to check if anything was needed. When we tried to order another pizza, we were told no and received attitude, very unprofessional. We cleaned the room and had to put all trash in one trash bag because no trash bag was provided. They had the nerve to charge us cleaning fee! There was no supervision on the mats. Teens tossing water bottles on mats, running through crowds of kids and play fighting.They need A LOT of staff. One star given because can’t give none!

Kids over 46' are $15.99 and kids under 46" are $9.99. Adults do not have to pay however they must have a waiver signed to enter park.

We were able to walk in without reservations while it was a very busy Saturday with a party of 6 just last weekend :)

Yes you can. Just no double/triple flips or gainers allowed. Single flips are allowed
If you are not jumping, no need to pay. You can get a white wristband for not jumping to be in the court.
It's a trampoline park. They have tons on different trampolines, a dodgeball trampoline area, an area for little ones (trampolines and ball pit). There's snacks and lockers. Check out the pics for a better idea of it.
