Didn't get what I asked for one item had hella extra sauce and the two items I request extra sauce on came with none, guy didn't even give me my receipt! My cheesy bean and rice burrito had no cheese just beans and rice. Overall this was my worst experience with Tacobell.

I've been in the field working cases. Headed to drive-thru, estimated 7 minute from ordering to pick up at window. Evening team and management greeted me with great customer service. We talked a little bit he learned that I was a veteran and said thank you for my veteran service. Told him I also community helping homeless causes in antioch. Maybe I'll get a commercial.
