No animals are allowed to be sold at the Milton flea market. but the best place to buy birds is petland hands down would not tell you wrong. However it's been a while since I bought a parrot from petland in Virginia sometimes things change in time but I would definitely check with petland.
There are some chickens, and other livestock. Puppies, and sometimes birds.
