Charged for full renewal and monthly fees after speaking with front desk and being reassured that my account was ending in May and I had no further steps to fill out. Manager would not give a refund due to some lazy reasoning. I had the date and time that I spoke with the rep and he said that was not enough proof. Very frustrating. Facility is nice but that experience was pretty annoying given the circumstances.

Their class is used to be very good but their best instructors all left during covid and they haven't replaced them with people of the same caliber, I'm sorry to say. The place is clean and well kept. The equipment is in good shape.. It's the classes that are lacking for lacking.
