Unfortunately, We had a very bad experience with this hotel, after checking in and bringing our luggage to our room, between the 5 seconds it took for my sister and I to turn around and pull the cart in, my nephew who is one had a very large glass bottle of vodka upside down as if he was taking a drink, and dumped Almost the entire bottle all over him and the floor!! This bottle of alcohol was left on the very first stand as you walk in the door, because he is one I'm assuming the bottle was opened, as the cap was a few feet away from him! This could have ended very badly! My niece and I bring the bottle down the front desk to inform them of the situation that had taken place, and we were offered a free bag of chips! This made me feel very uneasy about the way management handles such situations. Everything else was great, the beds were comfy, the room was stocked well with towels/wash clothes, etc, the lobby is absolutely beautiful upon entering.

I had a very enjoyable 4 nights at this fine establishment. It started before I even checked in when April sent me a text to welcome me and let me know if I needed anything I could contact here. She also sent a few other texts throughout the week just to make sure I was satisfied. The rest if the staff was equally attentative. The person I was most impressed with was Melissa at their restaurant! I ate there all 4 nights because of her outstanding service! The food was also delicious and reasonably priced. Definitely would look forward to staying here again if I'm ever in the area 🙂

Positive: Very clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The chocolate chip cookies were a nice surprise! Good proximity to Wachussett mountain. Breakfast buffet was very good and hostess very friendly. We had a very good stay. Negative: The breakfast buffet was good but a little pricey. Be nice to have the option to grab a cup of coffee and croissant for less $ if you're not that hungry. Also just a thought, be nice if you had a dog friendly option.

Our experience was wonderful. We checked in at dinnertime. The temperature had dropped considerably and the wind was howling, so we decided to eat in the restaurant & bar within the property. It proved to be the right choice. My wife ordered a quesadilla and I ordered the fish & chips. Both meals were excellent. The French fries were exceptional. The waitress was attentive and responsive to our needs. The room was just what we expected. The room was a bit cool when we first entered but the individual heating system remedied that situation quickly. We enjoyed a comfortable evening and visited the Nectar room for breakfast. It was an above average buffet and an attendant brought us coffee and cleared the table afterward. The cost of both dinner and breakfast were added to the cost of the room. The only nitpicks I have all refer to the bathroom. The towel ring on the left of the sink was becoming dislodged from the wall. The coat hook to the right of the door is missing a set screw and fell off the wall when I hung my bathrobe. Finally, the shower curtain has a lower additional section that snaps onto the full curtain. This small section was snapped on in reverse. I took the time to snap it on correctly. None of the three very minor issues would deter me from booking this property again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

That is more of a question to ask the hotel, rather than the community. I would suggest you call them and ask
I don't think you can get a job until you are 16 years old in Massachusetts (unless you babysit or something)
