Staff needs to be trained to.listen and be more polite to paying customers especially when customer has been given the wrong information like your insurance is not covering the $165 medicine when they are covering it anymoreare covering it Not using this CVS anymore

I wish zero stars was a rating, 1 star is far too many. THE PHARMACY STAFF… I am in disbelief that people who rely on a pay check would treat people so horrible, when that paycheck relies on their customer service skills. I am shocked. I was threatened to have the police called on me, because I wanted to speak to the pharmacist about my medication, through the drive through. The tech literally told me customers only speak to pharmacists who are in the store. IT IS A LAW THAT IF A CUSTOMER HAS A QUESTION ABOUT THEIR MEDICATION, THEY BE OFFERED THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO SO. The tech was a balding male, wore necklaces, and wore a v-neck scrub that showed his nasty chest hair, that I’m sure stank as much as his attitude. Nobody wants to see that. Gah. Who is hiring these people?

The pharmacy staff’s rude and incompetent - more specifically David. I called Jan 3rd because I had several scripts to pick up and one had been there for several days and I wanted to make sure it didn’t get put back before they could all be picked up the next day. He was extremely rude and lectured me on their 14 day pickup policy and told me it needed to be picked up and when would it be picked up and there wasn’t anything that he could do to make sure it wouldn’t be put back on the shelf. At that point I thanked him so much for all his help and ended the call. At which point, I suspected he was now putting my script back on the shelf. Well just as I feared, the older script wasn’t in the bag that my daughter had picked up. I logged into my account and surprise surprise, the script was “On Hold”, which really means IT WAS PUT BACK. When I called CVS to see why it was on hold, the same rude person answered the phone, but this time I got his name. Again he had an attitude and was very rude. He said it was “On Hold” because it was too soon to be filled. When I questioned him and told him the script was never picked up, he got angry and said he had no idea why it would be “On Hold” and there was no way to find out and all he could do for me was to fill it and did I want it filled or not? I think CVS employees need a lesson in Customer Service. This will be the last prescription I have filled at CVS on Nelson Street!
