I visited this location on 25 June, and I can only compliment the staff as they were friendly and attentive. The food, on the other hand, was not that great; I wish I would have walked the extra 800ft to Wendy’s that down the road. I ordered the bacon burger, and that’s where I will leave it! I’m sure this restaurant chain is known for its ice cream and other desserts!

Great food and great customer service. I went there Wednesday night and my server was very nice and accommodating. They seem super short staffed but are making the best of it and doing a AMAZING JOB. Huge shout out to friendlys for giving us all the best ice cream.

I'm normally a patient man, we arrived at 7:30pm. Restaurant wasn't very busy only 5 tables seated and we were shown right in to a table. The hostess returned and gave us our beverages and said a server would be over. 7:57 waitress finally wandered over to take our order. I am attempting to entertain 4 kids while waiting for food. Kids are whining and hungry. 8:39 food arrived! Kids not concerned about lack of utensils and start burying faces in plates. 8:49 utensils arrived! My food room temperature at this point and my sanity is slipping. I try to set an example for my barbaric progeny on proper etiquette. Restaurant closes at 9pm. I wolf down new taco noodles in a frozen cheese mess. Hunger is a spice all its own. I've had worse food and service but not by much. Family restaurants should be quicker to prevent kids from too much boredom. Service shouldn't take so long that food is cold on arrival. Very frustrating experience and Kids couldn't even have ice cream included in meal prices because place was closing. Not returning again
