Booked 2 night stay and prepaid weeks in advance, we traveled over 10 hours and was later than the 3:00 first day check in so they canceled our entire reservation!!!! Literally looking for a room at 2:00 am . They blamed Price Line but price line did not cancel. Completely unbelievable experience . They should have zero stars!!!!!

Manager or lady that worked there was very rude all though there was another woman working there that was fairly new that was very nice. I just can’t believe how rude she was and wouldn’t let me wait in the lobby for less than an hour to straighten out a problem with my card after i just stayed 5 nights. My phone died and bc I had nowhere to charge it and just was a nightmare of a hassle that should’ve not even been an issue if there were more people with human decency. Room sucked, was very stuffy and window was screwed shut and microwave didn’t work half the time. Found a different hotel I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE and will NEVER give them another dime of my money.

Considering the majority of the guests at this spot are questionable, I was surprised at how quiet it actually was. I can thank the front desk supervisor, Monica for that. She does a great job. Monica made the check in easy and was very personable.. She has a great personality. I also want to give a shout out to, Luis and especially Talia. Talia is a sweetheart.. Very nice and does a great job. I spoke with her a few times and was impressed with her. Luis is new, but held it down when he was alone. Good guy. Overall, the place was just okay, but the employees made for a comfortable stay. I'd recommend. Good job guys..

The staff was super friendly but this place needs work. There are signs that say they're under work but that's obviously a lie. We had originally booked a king sized bedroom but upon arriving at the hotel was told there was an issue. The key wouldn't work for the room so they switched us to a "double queen sized bedroom". I put that in air quotations because they were only full sized, and definitely not very full. The beds were also very uncomfortable and not much sleep was had. Even the plumbing was atrocious! The toilet only flushed when it wanted to, if at all, and while the hot water worked in the sink, it did not work in the shower.... I will not be staying here again and I highly suggest you find another place to stay. And while the staff is friendly and polite, the patrons definitely ARE NOT!
