A great afternoon wandering around the colourful, and wonderful exhibits. Brilliant fun, highly recommended

One of the coolest art museums out there. Don’t skip the gift shop!!

Downside: This was the only museum in the Baltimore area that still requires you to wear a mask whether you are vaccinated or not. Seems unfair to their customers. Upside: Interesting museum of unusual art. Downside: Quite a bit of dead space in certain sections. And most of the mechanical pieces were not functioning. Not a lot of outsider art either. And a lot of pieces looked like arts and crafts projects. Still recommend if you have some time to kill in Baltimore.

This was one of the most disappointing museums I’ve ever visited. Skip it.

Hello, thanks for your interest in Sideshow! Yes, it's free to visit. Just let our friendly front desk staff know you're headed just to the store when you come by. It's open the same hours as the museum: Tuesday-Sunday, 10am-6pm. We hope to see you soon!
Yes, there is a restaurant there where you can get a variety of adult beverages. There is a nice view on the outdoor patio.
We have found that purchasing tickets to big events or where lots of kids will be before we go can make things go smoother. Enjoy the balloons.

Hello, Thank you for including us on your limited time here in Baltimore. We're really sorry for the inconvenience to you. There was a major gas leak on our street yesterday. So, for the safety of our visitors and staff, we evacuated and closed the facility. We posted the closing on our website and social. We regret the notice did not reach all of our visitors. We're sorry you weren't able to enjoy the museum. Thank you for taking the time to seek us out and come down. We are reopen today at normal hours (Tuesday-Sunday, 10am-6pm), in case you are still in town and are able to stop by.

We're a participant in the 2018 Blue Star Museum program, a collaboration between the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families, and the Department of Defense, whereby we offer free admission to active duty military personnel including National Guard and Reserve and their families from Memorial Day through Labor Day. (The 2018 program will begin on Saturday, May 26, 2018 and end on Monday, September 3, 2018). We hope to see you soon at the museum!
