Poor service and unprofessional. My aunt visited last June and her doctor faxed information for a concentrator that connected to her cpap. The company didn't deliver to my area so we picked it up. When we got home it was the wrong equipment so we returned it the next day and they said they didn't have the right attachment for the cpap. Initially they said she would not be issued a refund although we protested as she was unable to use it due to their mistake. Eventually they agreed to refund most of the cost, but then they sent less than they stated. In the end they refunded only $142 of $195 for equipment she was not able to use because of their mistake

Awesome people to work with. In my experience they take a few minutes to answer the phone but it is well worth the wait. Or try the call me back option. Anyway, they were very helpful and catered to my every need. I had to change the return date and it was no problem. I definitely would use Scootaround again.

It's very inexpensive, MUCH cheaper than the park scooter (if you can get a park scooter). When charging, make sure both lights on the charger is green. That's a FULL charge
