Tracy and Valentina are the absolute worst at customer service. They are rude and taunt customers, and give racist vibes. I have never had such a bad experience at any UA location. I will never spend a dollar at this store. I pay for customer service and this location lacks it.

I Went to the store for an exchange,and they said they can’t do it because they about to close, that happened at 7:20PM on Saturday ,I recommend use a different store for a professional services

If I could give zero I would. By husband walked in and were exchanging some golf shorts that were too small. The “senior manager” was the definition of unprofessional. She had an awful attitude with my husband and roller her eyes and told him that she couldn’t take them back and we had to call corporate. This older woman working there should not be working in customer service because she does not know how to have manners.
