I reserved a scooter to use at Disney and Universal Studios. It was done all online and so smooth. The price was reasonable and the portable scooter was so easy to dismantle and reassemble. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a scooter iOrlando area!

Rented a mobility scooter for theme park. Great scooter! Worked perfect had to charge it a little during my lunch. I picked up scooter at Wharehouse. Employees very nice. The price was great compared to renting at the park.

Currently, we are not re-established to deliver and pick up from the Disney Cruise ships. Since COVID, we have not re-structured this option, with drivers to the port. We could certainly do so, but in order to make it happen, the delivery charge would be fairly steep. Unfortunately, without having this as an option, in order to pull drivers, they would be making two trips empty so the cost would be close to $120 per way, just for the delivery fee. As the cruise lines have begun to operate on a more consistent level we have discussed revisiting this. Should we decide to initiate the port as a delivery option, we will be sure to let our guests know, through all of our outlets; website, call center, social media etc. We do appreicate your inquiry and we look forward to the opportunity of assisting you in the future. Yes, Mr. Schultze, we do deliver and pick-up to and from any area Hotel/Resort. If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort however, upon placing your reservation, we ask that you provide (from our slections) the most convenient time for our driver to meet you for delivery, as well as on the back end for the pick-up. Yes, we deliver to all Walt Disney World Properties, including Disney's Fort Wilderness Camp Grounds. We offer several times throughout each day for delivery. Upon booking your reservation, we ask that you provide our TEAM the most convenient time, from our selections, that our driver will meet you at the resort for your delivery as well as the pick up on the back end. Unfortunately, as much as we would like to be able to make it that convenient, we are unable to deliver to the parks. We can only deliver to the hotels / resorts, and we do offer warehouse pickups.
Good after noon, Linda- Based on our pricing matrix, there is a 10% reduction in price after 7 days of rental. Unfortunately the portable model is not suited for traveling in the sand. What type of unit are you looking to rent, and for what period of time??
Thank you for reaching out. We will, certainly, do our best to answer your question. This answer may be a little tricky.... All of our scooters have a 360 degree turning radius. However, you may be thinking of a "Zero Turn", which can spin 360 degrees, while sitting in one place. Currently we do not have the "Zero Tunr" units, but have been looking into how they would fit in our rental fleet. For the cruise ships we recommend going with a portable unit, which has a capacity of up to 350 lbs. This sleek model is perfect for the narrow hallways and maneuvering through the crowds on the boat. One thing we highly recommend is taking advantage of the speed dial. Although you can control the speed by the throttle it is so much more convenient to use the speed control knob, that way you control how fast the top speed is when pulling the throttle in full.
Unfortunately, with the new guidelines set forth we will not be able to deliver ahead of time to the bellman. However, we do have 3 set times per day, per resort, that our drivers will be meeting guests for equipment.
