In all fairness, I should say I had no knowledge of Countryside prior to me contacting them. My local Veterinarian Business closed after a 4 year relationship with no notice... I contacted Countryside Friday Sept. 1st, they allowed me to bring in my pet the next day, Saturday at noon...I was suprized, but happy...Then better news followed,.. The office was spotless, the staff was exceptional in every way possible...the attention given to my pet was perfect. The Veterinarian came in to meet us & address our problem. The communication was clear & direct...Options were clear & potential problems & side effects were shared...which were not shared by my previous Veterinarian...Medical care was then provided. She & her staff were sincere & professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Countryside for your pets health care. We feel lucky to have found them. Respectfully, Charlie😊
