This place will convince you that something is a good purchase and if you take it home and dislike it, they will not do any exchanges. You’re just screwed out of your money with something you paid too much for and are unhappy with. I recommend using Amazon because they are cheaper, have all the same and much more variety, and can actually guarantee customer satisfaction.

Do not order anything to be shipped from these people. I was provided tracking info but it never showed as picked up by the carrier. A week later I messaged and was told it must have been lost in transit and would be re-shipped and I would be sent new tracking info. I did not get any new tracking info. Two days later I message asking for the new tracking number, and am told it must have been lost in transit again and a refund has been processed. I called and asked for someone to help and am told that it was re-shipped but the post office is really busy right now since last week was prime week, and sometimes these things just happen. I asked for the tracking information for the second shipment and was told they won't give it to me, that since they cancelled my order USPS will return the package to them, and then they hung up on me.
