Disappointed in this business. They did a costly repair to a trimmer without calling me with an estimate. I would not have authorized this repair. I'm not even convinced that the part they replaced was necessary. When I brought up this issue, they acted like they honestly didn't care that this had happened and offered no resolution. I paid the bill but do not intend to go back.

Thank you for you enquiry - yes we do stock some Toro parts and if they are not in stock we are able to order them for you. We are not a Toro Dealer and are not able to carry out any warranty work but are able to carry out repairs. We do work on most makes and models and would be happy to help.
Yes we do. We are not a Kubota Dealer but we work on all makes and models. If it was repair/service work then we would be happy to help. If it is a repair involving a warranty repair then you would have to seek out a Kubota Dealer to take care of that.
