My handsome pet Tom the turkey became a little lethargic. The staff were super helpful in getting us in to see Dr. Thomas fast. Everyone was extremely nice and very professional. Dr. Thomas was very thorough and explained everything we needed to do to keep our big guy healthy. I am so glad to have this clinic available for all our pets. The prices are reasonable and they make you feel like family.

New Owners! Really Expensive now and NOT the same as before! Staff is the same nice, friendly, clean and all that but their billing is now unaffordable and ridiculous. Their excuse is "we are under new ownership now" Get ready to over pay here. We have been going here for years but not anymore after today.

Thousands of dollars wasted on people who don't communicate, lie, and say the Dr. Isn't there. Not to mention that they're very unremorsfol. My husband says they were good to him and his dog for years but the last year my dog has been there ( since ownership changed ), I've spend thousands on surgerys just to get fees on fees for the same things I wasn't fee'd on before and when I try to explain to theDr. What do I get? Ok bye. The only thing they're after is your wallet! They lost clients who've been there for almost 10 years! I have all of the records and receipts to back it up as well!
