I can't stand this place...you have to fit in a certain mold to get seen. Don't have anything happen out of your normal doctors visit. You call for an acute issue you have to wait for nurse to call you back to get an appointment. You press the number to schedule an appointment and they tell you the nurse has to call you back and she determines if you need to be seen. I. Ve been sitting in an ER for over four hrs. Still not finished. They think it is only sciatica nerve. Probably could have determined that at dr. Office per nurse but no. I get sent to hospital to waste their time fornon emergency

I moved here from Ohio 6 ears ago from a brand new facility in Brookpark, Ohio a suburb of Cleveland. I have never had a bad experience. The facility is very modern, but the care I have experienced in Palatka VA Clinic is professional, caring and competent. I always feel like they care even when they are bombarded with numerous calls. I have never been ignored or dis missed. The staff and care is better then I have ever received in the public sector.

Used to be good. Now waited for over 45 minutes on hold, only to be told he didnt know what to do, couldn't find who had called me, my voicemail was garbled , still don't know what it was about..
