The sales people on the floor were helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We purchased a new shower stall which was large and over $600. The cashier's did not offer to get assistance for us mor did anyone else outside. We are elderly and loaded into our trailer ourselves. Other customers stopped to assist

I don't think they stop pets that behave. At least I have not heard or seen anything. I do not know what the specific DH rules are.
