Did an online order, it was inaccurate, and we spent 15 extra minutes just waiting for them to remake our food. One of the workers was working super hard and the other one who looked like a manager was on his phone and vaping in the parking lot. Once we got our order the fries were way to salty and the burgers were nasty. Wasn't a good experience, and won't be recommending this location to others.

Waited forever for counter to recognize us and two others. Two of us went back to counter for drink straws and lids, which were under counter, but associate seemed to think customers should runnable around and find.

As a trucker that parks across the street we can’t get food. I don’t use the app and won’t. Lobby open to Oder only would be nice. As we aren’t to walk through the drive through.
