Was in line to order with 1 other guy in front of me. Lady came to counter and snapped at us to use the screens to order. I ordered a shake from the screen. Took about 5 minutes of standing and waiting just to be told the ice cream machine doesn’t work. Could’ve avoided that all if I was able to order at the counter to begin with like I wanted to.

All of the tables were dirty, or order was incorrect on multiple items, and the staff was rude. I was there about 2:15 in the afternoon and it was not busy. Go to Culver's next door and skip this location.

Didn't get the right order in drive thru. Way too much catsup on sandwich as well not sure who got my order but it was a disaster tring to eat and drive catsup everywhere

Went through drive thru on January 8, 2022 in morning for breakfast. Ordered sausage Mc muffins with extra cheese. Cheese on it was cold, as if taken out of fridge and just slapped on. On top of cold sandwiches, the employee rudeness was so uncalled for.
