Service was ridiculously slow. They're wildly understaffed so I would normally understand but when I pulled up the girl was wiping the side of a cup she was about to serve for no less than 2 minutes. Food was absolutely awful and the order was wrong. Kids nuggets didn't even taste like food, fries were stale and they gave me the wrong sandwich completely. Gross.

While I understand they may be understaffed, this location is poorly managed as another person stated. It took 35 minutes total from the start of our wait in drive thru to the end of receiving our order and customer service was severly lacking as there was no sense of urgency or care for the extremely long wait. That is the opposite of fast food. And this isn't the first time it has taken this long either. Never going to that location again nor can I recommend others to either.

Very poorly managed McDonald’s during construction. I was told the lobby was closed, however there were several customers inside the lobby already. Both entrances were locked but there were no signs saying the lobby was closed. My young child needed to go to the restroom and we planned to order food. He ended up having an accident while we are currently waiting in the car for curbside pick up through the app. I had to call and ask how much longer it would be. The person who picked up the phone said they were putting it together right now, but we are still waiting and it’s been already 20 plus minutes. This location should just close during construction due to their lack of ability to manage operations. Terrible. I wouldn’t even come back here when they aren’t in construction. It’s also very far off the highway if you are traveling, not convenient at all, but it is advertised on the highway.

Not very fast as they were training new hires, I waited in drive-thru for roughly 15-20 minutes. I'd have rated 4 stars, however the food quality was better than usual so I'm not taking any stars off. They had mobile order pickup and drive-thru available when I was there
