How much do they give for a pound of recycling? One place gives 1.65 a pound.

$1.65 is the going price for aluminum cans, almost all places that take them pay the same, but be careful mistakes can be made at the scale, you should have an idea of how much weight you have and you should be fine.
Do they recycle cardboard and paper with or without paying you?

I think you have to load them in the bins. I haven't been in about a year and a half. So things may have changed. Still a good place. All the riff raff dont be there like high street.
