Safe and fast to dump your metal recycling. Truly I think it's the best in the business. Schnitzer steel is my favorite.

Never would have thought I’d write a review of a scrap metal place as I’ve never been to one & frankly, thought I would be kind of intimidated. The service and care here, by Carl, was outstanding. My father was an artist printmaker & I had a lot of old metal plates to scrap. Carl was so helpful in explaining how it worked and I learned a lot about different kinds of metals. Fascinating.

As far as I know. They do not service the general public. I have never seen someone come in dropping general goods as a single person. Your best bet is to find a scrapper locally. As well. You wouldn't want to come on site to drop off such items. High risk of flat tires. Large mobile equipment moving all the time.

If your trying too sale your scraped metals, copper, cans ect and do not have a contract with Schnitzer Steel they will not buy from you they no longer serve the public only contractors your welcome.
