My mom has lived here over 25 years. She has recently passed but I have to say that all the tubes I’ve been there the grounds, pool, clubhouse are very well maintained as well as all other upkeep. She always felt safe and I felt good with her living there

A joke. Don't frustrate yourself by buying or owning here or Wood Park. Politics and power are key issues here by Kelly Beam, Ron Pellicia, and Gary Weaver. They have no clue as to run anything. Good luck living there under these people in charge..

Arrived as a visitor to drop soup off to a sick friend. I planned to be there all of 5 minutes. As I got out of my car my cute friendly dog unexpectedly got out of the car. Instead of helping me, a VERY ornery man came out of his house and began yelling at me saying dogs are not allowed. Well...mean unhelpful people should also not be allowed.
