They refuse to answer the phone and when I finally drove up to the store for notary work told me they never answer. And to add insult to injury they won't even reply to emails. I had to hope they had a notary on staff when I arrived. I walk in and the lady working the counter was on her phone and ignored me until I walked up to the counter. When we got ready to do the notary work she literally held her phone on the counter while putting info on the screen for UPS. Her only comment was "sign here" and $10 and then went back to her phone. I would recommend anywhere else if possible.

Great customer service. You have to wait everywhere you go. I've never had a bad experience at this UPS store.
