There's a national based call center that answers the phone calls to all the stores in the country. It isn't a good system, theyre working on replacing it.

Best Buy has a great system. They ask customer that are in line waiting to go in, what they are there for. Then they direct exchanges directly to the front registers. Others that need a sales rep. will have one assigned and that person meets the customer up front. Inside the store everyone also wipes counters, etc after each customer
Yes they do, for a fee though. They can deliver big tvs for free though and won't charge, they just won't set it up if you get the free option
I did my shipping online. You choose your store and you will be directed to the store of your choice. You can also chat on line for assistance. That is how I purchased my last TV, curb side pick up. And made an appointment with the geek squad via on line chat. Good luck

It's very easy to replace failed product in Best Buy, as long as it is under warranty, i.e. within 12 months. They are pretty good and give you very nice options

If it's been within a year, call Samsung they will walk you through the troubleshooting process and replace the TV if needed. They have great customer service. If it's been more then a year and you have geek squad (Best buy's extended warranty) then call geek squad. You can find both phone numbers with a simple Google search.
