Poor customer service. Came here to just get a scale Ticket and Daisy Jane was at the fuel desk. Tried to make general conversation cause you know times are hard out here. This lady had the poorest attitude I've ever seen. Talked the manger and Kevin seem to be the least concerned how she represents store #578. Got to do better. JUST SAD!!!!!

The mechanic that fixed my truck here was awesome. I had been to 4 other shops,trying to fix a bad vibration in my steer's. And this guy figured it out. It was a broken hub.

As a trucker air is important I asked the service guys for 50 pounds of air he said we were have to charge you for air hoses at 1822 and 24 are broken and it was too short to reach my tire. I spent 40 minutes trying to get air I have no air in one of my tires very disappointed apparently I’m part of some maintenance program with love I could’ve put 50 pounds of air in my tire and been done with it I’m on down the road

That is very unusual! You should have talked with the manager there, they are usually very responsive to customer complaints. And I say if it still really bothers you I'd still give them a call.
I wouldn't think so Pam, but if it is personal information that you find offensive then l would definitely have a talk with the main manager or CEO of the company.

I Drive an 18 wheeler I have no idea if they have an RV dump. Loves has an app you can find any information on any store with it
